Вот *в этом -то и проявляется превосходство Американской медицины над всеми другими в мире: *скорость оказания экстренной помощи. *Здесь так умело налажена сеть скорой помощи, что отуда бы вы не позвонили ( в городе или пригороде), то в течение 15 минут помощь прибудет - Ambulance, police or firefighters. *They are all trained paramedics who can sustain life/resuscitate *a pt until they arrive to the emergency room. *

I know about the Breitbart offer. And I do not give NAACP any legitimacy. But the simple fact is it influences millions of voters.
We are heading for a disaster. Instead of playing to win, Republicans decided to use the elections to send a message. The GOP has already conceded elections in FL, KY and NV in the quest for ideological purity, and Sarah Palin is now busily sabotaging the election in WA. Harry Reid is almost certain to be reelected and he has at least 30% chance of having a filibuster-proof majority. Do you realize what that means for the next two years?! Cap-n-trade and immigration amnesty. The addition of 10 million new Democratic voters will forever flip TX, FL, AZ, NC and some other states to the Democrats, Republicans will have no choice but to win NY, PA, IL and MA in order to have any chance in the Electoral College, and Lincoln Chaffee will start looking like a right-wing extremist compared to future Republican presidential candidates.

I don't propose not to criticize Obama - but I propose to shut up already about his birth certificate. That's for starters. And GOP should never have associated itself with the Tea Party.

You are panicking without any basis for it. I don't know what fact you rely on...
Tea Party movement is the most important force which helps swing the independent towards conservatives. Obama was elected by the independents. And he is very unfavorable by the independents by a huge margin right now.
If republicans play safe and be RINOs ( like McCain) they are not going to get anything done. They will still be viewed as evil because the MSM will be their eternal enemy. It's a battle of ideologies: left vs. right forever. There is NO POINT to try to win the media. McCain was favored by media in 2008 only to beat him to death when he was nominated.
Tea Party is the future for conservatives, and all the smart repubs embraced it. There must be principles in life if you want to be believed. Otherwise it's just old sly politics. Not good. Not inspiring.
Sarah Palin was the only reason mccain came so close to obama because she was REAL and Passionate American.
