It's basic economic, where did you get your education ? Buy a calculator. Next Patriot Act, what is the problem with it, please tell me ? Do you even know what it says in their ? Except what you read in the papers. Tell what it says in the Patroit Act ? (which by the way, Hillary, Obama, all voted for).

Under Bush, we have the large minority business and home wonership in history. Should I continue ?

Last but not least, Julia, I do not know what they teach in High Schools in Texas, but newsflash: Patroit Act, Medicare Reform, Homeland Security Act are all LAWS. LAW ARE CREATED BY CONGRESS, even if President Vetoes them, they have power to override him. Its call seperation of powers its on page 1 of the contitution. The president only has 1 job he is the commander-in-chief of the U.S. Armed forces. THAT'S IT. Even then he can only act for 90 days without congressional approval. Congress is controlled by Der'mo'crats. All these laws you are complaining about, your buddies, John Kerry, John Edwards, Hillary Clinton and Barak Obama all voted for them.
