Viktor, you have NO idea.. i am working on an HR transformation right now. The end goal is to cut the headcount from 140 to 82 ( and i am having difficulties justifying even 82 people, but that's not even the point). Most of the people affected by this change are minorities, women over 40. Which makes it a complete logistical disaster. We literally walk on eggshells to create the most specific to the job function unbiased test.
But our risk assessment still has a very high chance of a lawsuit
